You are eligible to get a refund for courses or digital products that reference a money-back guarantee or refund on the sales page of the product. If the product is eligible for a refund, you can get your money back within 30 calendar days after your purchase. In that case, send an email to tacticalplaylisting@outlook.com within 30 days after purchasing the product and we will initiate a refund to your bank or PayPal account. You will receive the money within a few days or weeks after the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies and processing times.
Subscriptions & Payment Plans

If you signed up for the monthly installment plan, you can request a refund of your first payment within 48 hours after enrolling in the class and we will cancel all remaining installments.

If you wish to pay the outstanding debt with a single payment, please contact tacticalplaylisting@outlook.com. In that case you can pay off the remaining balance with one single payment and we will cancel your payment plan and installments.
